Chaos develops visualization technologies that empower artists and designers to create photorealistic imagery and animation across all creative industries. The firm's physically based renderer, V-Ray®, has been honored with both an Academy Award® and an Engineering Emmy® for its role in the widespread adoption of ray-traced rendering in motion pictures and television.

In 2022, Chaos merged with Enscape, a leading provider of real-time rendering and design workflow technology for the AEC industry. Enscape offers innovative solutions that connect directly into modeling software, integrating design and visualization workflows seamlessly into one. Together, the newly combined company is creating an end-to-end ecosystem of 3D visualization tools accessible to everyone.


We are now looking for an Account Executive - LATAM who will be responsible for key accounts, maximizing ARR and penetration at each account (number of active seats), approaching and winning new accounts based on the company's named account list, and prospecting high-potential accounts in the region. He/She will also be responsible for proactive upselling and cross-selling. The Account Executive is accountable for achieving sales and conversion targets, positively representing the company by providing information about products or services, answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering outstanding customer service.


What You Will Do:


As an Account Executive, you will play an essential role in expanding Chaos' footprint across the LATAM region, focusing on:


  • Prospect and penetrate: Identify and engage large, untapped companies, presenting Chaos' solutions to meet their needs. You will also manage and expand relationships with a small existing customer portfolio of key accounts through targeted upselling and cross-selling.

  • Build and maintain relationships: Establish and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders, understanding their challenges and offering tailored solutions.

  • Sales strategy and execution: Drive sales efforts, focusing on new business acquisition and strategic account growth. You will also work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

  • Performance monitoring: Keep accurate records of your sales activities, manage your pipeline effectively, and report on your progress toward meeting your sales targets.

This role is vital for the expansion of Chaos in the LATAM market and comes with a sales quota. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet or exceed these quarterly sales targets.

Job requirements

  • Language skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with Portuguese being a significant advantage.

  • Experience: At least 5 years in a sales role, showcasing a successful software sales and account management track record.

  • Sales skills: Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving capabilities, effectively managing tasks and communicating across organizational levels.

  • Education: A university degree or equivalent experience, with additional qualifications in IT, sales, or related fields viewed favorably.


Key Technical Skills:


  • Experience with customer relationship management software.

  • Familiar with GSuite.

  • Research the leads - LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google.

  • Familiarity with some of the major CAD/3d design software programs is not mandatory but will be considered an advantage.
