We seek a dynamic Account Executive to drive our direct sales efforts in the LATAM region. This role focuses on maximizing ARR, breaking into key accounts, and expanding our customer base. You'll engage in proactive prospecting, handle MQLs, and build strong relationships with top-tier clients.


What You Will Do:


Prospect and Conquer:

  • Identify and engage with large, untapped companies in the LATAM region.
  • Present Chaos' cutting-edge 3D rendering solutions, eliminating visualization pains and costly photo shoots.
  • Expand relationships within existing key accounts through strategic upselling and cross-selling.


Build and Dominate Relationships:

  • Forge and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders in the AEC field.
  • Understand customer challenges and deliver tailored solutions.


Full Sales Cycle Management:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead discovery to closing.
  • Drive high-volume sales efforts focusing on new business acquisition and strategic account growth.
  • Align sales strategies with overall business goals, collaborating closely with internal teams.


Performance Mastery:

  • Maintain precise records of sales activities and manage your pipeline effectively.
  • Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.
  • Report on progress toward aggressive sales targets and conversion goals.


Who We Are Looking For:


A Hunter's Mindset:

  • Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.


Relevant Sales Experience:

  • Background in software sales with a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume sales, closing 10s of deals per month with SMBs and large companies.


Self-Starter:

  • Independent and capable of managing your own schedule and priorities.


Negotiation Expertise:

  • Balance customer needs with business objectives to close deals and maintain positive relationships.


Outstanding Customer Service:

  • Provide detailed information about products and services, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Job requirements

Language Skills:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese being a significant advantage.


Experience:

  • At least 5 years in a sales role with a successful software sales and account management track record.


Sales Skills:

  • Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with effective task management and communication across organizational levels.


AEC Background:

  • Industry experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction is a huge advantage.


Education:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience, with additional qualifications in IT, sales, or related fields viewed favorably.


Key Technical Skills:


  • Proficiency with customer relationship management software.
  • Familiarity with major CAD/3D design software programs is a plus.
