As AI & Automation Manager, you will architect the next generation of AI-driven workflows across our Go-to-Market organization. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Strategy, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategic advisory and technical execution to build our global AI engine.

We are seeking an Entrepreneurial Strategist who thrives as a Builder. You will take full ownership of high-impact automation projects—from initial concept to full-scale deployment. This is a high-autonomy role designed for an ambitious professional with a top-tier pedigree who wants to master the AI toolkit and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment where your impact is immediate and measurable.

Key Responsibilities:

I. Strategic Advisory

  • Automation Strategy: Act as strategic partner to our go-to-market senior leadership and functional teams, prioritizing high-impact automation opportunities and leading them from initial concept to full-scale deployment with measurable impact.

  • AI Market Intelligence: Systematically analyze AI tool market trends and translate these insights into prioritized pilots and scalable playbooks.

  • Change Leadership: Drive behavioral and operational change at scale, ensuring technological shifts are successfully integrated into organizational workflows.

II. Technical Execution

  • Solution Engineering: Design and ship business-critical workflows (utilizing n8n and other vibe coding tools) to eliminate complex operational bottlenecks and manual overhead.

  • Rapid Prototyping: Build and deploy AI-driven prototypes in close collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external technology partners.

  • Scalable Frameworks: Establish best practices to ensure automation initiatives are sustainable, modular, and scalable across diverse teams.

Job requirements

Job Requirements:

  • AI & Workflow Fluency: Technically conversant in AI tool architectures with a track record of deploying high-impact workflow automations. Capable of evaluating LLM trade-offs and hands-on mastering platforms like n8n and other vibe coding tools (e.g. Claude).

  • Analytical Mindset: Data driven thinker who scrutinizes AI-generated outputs, refines underlying logic, and synthesizes complex data into actionable insights.

  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive "builder" who owns the full lifecycle—from identifying friction points to architecting and scaling scalable solutions.

  • Communication: Excellent English skills with the ability to distill complex strategic concepts into crystalline, executive-ready insights.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment such as hyper-growth start-up/scale-up or similar.

Why Chaos?

  • Working for a globally recognized company for its cutting-edge products and honored with an Academy Award for its contribution to motion pictures.

  • Working alongside highly talented people in an environment which fosters learning and knowledge-sharing.

  • Supplemental health insurance.

  • Flexible working hours and fully remote setup possible.

  • Competitive remuneration package.

  • Technical trainings and certifications.

  • Special discounts.

We welcome people who value teamwork, stick to their commitments and are curious to explore new ways for achieving mastery. If you believe that you are a good match for the job, just send us your CV in English.

Only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
