Channel Enablement Manager (m/f/d)
***This position is based in Bulgaria with remote/hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***
As our Channel/Partner Enablement Manager, you’ll be using your extensive experience in the partner ecosystem to design, deliver. and operationalize enablement programs that elevate partner performance from onboarding to ongoing training and certification.
Main Responsibilities:
Partner Onboarding & Readiness
Build structured, scalable partner enablement programs that accelerate time-to-productivity.
Collaborate with Channel Managers to ensure onboarding and training plans align with regional GTM needs.
Training Program & LMS Management
Help build and maintain a partner-focused Learning Management System (LMS)
Develop and maintain a continuous partner training cadence
Track performance and engagement metrics to improve program effectiveness.
Partner Workshops & Strategic Support
Deliver 1:1 and small-group workshops for priority partners in collaboration with regional Channel Managers.
Act as a trusted advisor to partners on product positioning, customer use cases, and best-practice selling motions.
Content Development & Management
Create enablement assets such as curriculum guides, training decks, certification assessments, and role-based learning paths.
Maintain an up-to-date library of sales, product, and technical content with support from Product Marketing and Solutions teams.
Job requirements
Must have familiarity with channel ecosystems, partner sales motions, and SaaS GTM operations.
3-5 years of experience in a sales or solution engineer role, ideally at a software reseller, or in a channel manager, sales or channel enablement role within a SAAS company
At least 1 year of experience in the AEC, visualization, or design software industry
Comfortable hosting workshops, partner training, and live sessions.
