We are now looking for a Community Engagement Manager who will ensure that our community hub and initiatives are a thriving space where members feel connected, inspired, and empowered to learn and contribute. This role focuses on engagement, activation, and knowledge-sharing by facilitating programs, cultivating talent partnerships, and driving meaningful participation across the Chaos community.

By leading engagement strategies and programs such as Partners in Art, Chaos Ambassadors, and curated experiences with community heroes—including masterclasses and live talks—the Community Engagement Manager will foster content creation, encourage knowledge-sharing, and amplify member voices, positioning Chaos as a thought leader in the CG space. Aligned with our vision and values, this role will strengthen community belonging, build trust, and extend our reach through partnerships.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engagement strategies that drive active participation and member retention.

  • Design and deliver learning experiences (courses, masterclasses, meetups, and live talks) that foster continuous knowledge-sharing in partnership with our network of community heroes.

  • Collaborate with creators, ambassadors, and contributors to amplify member voices and spotlight industry trends.

  • Grow and manage the ambassador program, strengthening partnerships that extend Chaos’s community reach.

  • Support emerging talent through initiatives like Partners of Art, nurturing the next generation of contributors.

  • Coordinate with the Community Team Lead to align engagement activities and strategy.

Job requirements

  • Strong facilitation and program management skills.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with creators, ambassadors, or influencers.

  • 5 years of experience in community management, partnerships, or engagement roles.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Advantages:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience in the CG (computer graphics), design, or creative technology industry.

  • Experience in an international environment.

  • Prior experience in community management.

Key technical skills:

  • Familiar with a task management program like Jira.

  • Experience with content creation and/or curation.

  • Excellent project management skills.
