We are now looking for an Employee Experience Partner who will manage day-to-day People & Culture operations effectively and efficiently, including preparatory payroll, benefits program enrolment and absence administration.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Efficiently manage all salary-relevant information for our Bulgarian workforce for preparatory payroll including benefit plans and leave administration in Workday.
Act as a point of contact for employees to provide support for all employee-related matters.
Support onboarding for new employees.
Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
Create employee documents, such as contracts, amendments, promotion letters, etc.
Co-develop and promote HR programs to ensure a happy and healthy work environment.
Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve employee experience and efficiency of our global HR operations.
Actively participate in international HR projects.
Job requirements
Degree or training in Human Resources.
Ideally 1-2 years of previous experience working as an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist or related (internships count too).
Hands-on experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in Bulgarian and English (B2).
Solid knowledge of employment/labor laws in Bulgaria.
Structured, independent and goal-oriented work manners, with an openness to learn new things every day.
Key technical skills:
Workday and Google Suite.
