Enterprise Account Executive
***This position could be in Sofia, Bulgaria, or the East Coast, USA. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for the penetration in a pre-defined list of Key Accounts
Creates, and implements penetration strategies for each account in the assigned Key Account list
Manage a list of large, existing customers to develop and maintain long-term relationships to accomplish account growth
Research key customers’ wants and needs and suggest relevant solutions, educate them about product features and benefits to create upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Prepares proposals for new and existing key clients based on their needs and budget constraints
Identify potential key customers, outside of the pre-defined Key Account list, and research decision makers
Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way
Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery
Keep up to date with industry and market trends and best practices to identify new business opportunities and respond to competitor activity
Attend relevant industry events to meet key customers and maintain relationships with relevant partners of the industry
Maintains a clear track record within the company’s CRM system
Monitors Sales Results Based on KPIs; Prepares reports and analyses for sales management.
Job requirements
Fluent in English
Additional foreign language is a plus
2-5 years of experience in a similar role
Proficient in general software licensing and sales practices, experience with different software licensing models and sales approaches;
Familiar with the AEC/M&E industries and SaaS businesses
Negotiation skills
Great problem-solver
Autonomous in prioritizing day-to-day tasks
Effective communication over email (and phone)
University degree
