Your Tasks
Responsible for the design, structured preparation, execution, and follow-up of in-person or hybrid events hosted by Chaos.
Work inside the event team and collaborate with the marketing team and other teams within Chaos to develop and execute effective event tactics, from recruiting the audience that best fits goals to event promotion and lead generation to follow-up.
Manage Chaos events such as strategic events, trade shows, micro-events, meetups and reseller events from start to finish according to the marketing plan's requirements, target audience, and goals.
Handles the company's overall appearance and booth branding at events.
Accountable for all event logistics and interaction with event organizers, vendors, or partners.
Prepare and maintain the event budget, track actual results, and ensure compliance with the original estimated budget.
Promote online sign-ups capture and track leads for marketing and sales goals.
Estimates event ROI based on pre-determined key metrics and makes recommendations to optimize ROI and recommends improvements.
Job requirements
Your Profile
At least 3 years of experience as an Event Manager in a similar position.
A bachelor's degree is requested; however, a combination of education and experience will be considered.
Strong communicator/project management skills Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management.
You are willing to travel and have experience working with international teams.
Knowledge of the AEC or M&E industry will be considered a plus.
You have strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication to clearly and succinctly articulate issues to senior management. Additional language skills are a bonus.
