Graphic Designer: Social Media Support (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This position reports to the Design Manager while working closely with the Social Media Team to support daily content needs. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for visual storytelling across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube—producing content that aligns with our brand and drives engagement.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Design engaging static and motion graphics optimized for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube).

• Work closely with the Social Media Team to conceptualize, design, and deliver assets that align with campaign goals, audiences, and brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the Creative Team to ensure brand consistency across all visual outputs.

• Create templates and design systems for scalable social media content.

• Adapt and repurpose existing creative assets for various social channels, formats, and sizes.

• Stay current with design and social media trends to ensure content is relevant and engaging.

• Support creative brainstorming sessions with fresh visual ideas and storytelling approach.

• Assist the Design Team with creating layouts, presentations, infographics, printed collateral, and digital graphics optimized for social media platforms, website, and email.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.

• Receive and implement feedback from both the Creative and Social Media teams.

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 3+ years of professional design experience and a portfolio showcasing strong design skills.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects), Adobe Express, or Canva.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for visual content.

• Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them creatively across various digital formats.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working within a dual-reporting structure.

• Experience in video editing and motion design.
