We are seeking an Entrepreneurial Strategist to serve as a cornerstone of our GTM engine. In this high-autonomy Builder role, you will operate as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership and a force multiplier for our sales organization. You aren’t just refining a process; you are architecting the scalable frameworks that will define our global revenue trajectory. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Transformation, you will lead a high-performing squad to transform market potential into measurable, scalable success.
Key Responsibilities
I. Strategic Market Execution
Go-to-Market Strategy: Define regional plays and industry-specific GTM motions for AEC, M&E, and channel partner ecosystems based on data-driven insights.
Tactical Playbooks: Establish sales benchmarks and best practices to leverage vertical and persona specific competitive advantages for our direct and channel sales journeys.
Market Intelligence: Conduct continuous whitespace analysis and competitive positioning to optimize global revenue capture.
II. AI & Operational Transformation
Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize high-impact automation concepts based on their measurable impact.
Workflow Automation: Lead the conception of AI-driven workflows across revenue departments in collaboration with central AI teams.
Operational Excellence: Modernize legacy GTM processes through systematic technological sequences to maximize go-to-market productivity.
III. Cross-functional Collaboration
Squad Management: Direct a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and ensuring delivery against measurable KPIs.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Orchestrate synchronization between Product, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure competitive positioning.
Executive Partnership: Serve as the sparring partner for the senior revenue leadership team, shaping key communication streams and strategic pillars within the GtM department.
Job requirements
Experience: 5+ years in high-stakes environments (Tier-1 consulting or hyper-growth scale-ups), including 1+ year leading high-performing teams.
Analytical Mindset: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex revenue datasets into surgical strategic insights and executable growth frameworks.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proven Builder profile with a track record of owning the full lifecycle of global sales plays from data to scale.
Communication: Excellent English skills with the proven ability to influence and partner with C-level stakeholders and senior sales leadership.
GTM Drive: Proven track record in commercial roles selling or supporting sales of B2B software solutions to enterprise customers.
