Intern UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

***This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

Main Responsibilities:

• Design concepts at varying levels of fidelity following guidance from senior and lead designers and in alignment with business and technical requirements;

• Contribute to ideation, brainstorming, design, prototyping, feedback cycles, and rollout of variety of functionalities across the Chaos product portfolio and customer experience touchpoints;

• Support Senior and Lead designers by addressing stakeholder feedback and refining mockups and prototypes through multiple iterations;

• Support Senior and Lead designers in operational tasks;

• Work with our Unified Design System to achieve visual and experience consistency across solutions.

• Strong Design Fundamentals: knowledge of UI design principles, layouts, visual hierarchy. Background in a design-related field is a plus.

• Figma Proficiency: Professional level competency in Figma. Experience with Adobe CC, especially Adobe Illustrator for iconography design, is an added advantage.

• No prior experience in the role is necessary, but a variety of study projects is appreciated to access your readiness.

• Team Player: A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to contribute effectively to a multi-disciplinary team.

• Portfolio showcasing your design skills - course case studies, freelance projects or exploratory designs are welcome!

• Availability to visit our Sofia office once or twice a week, especially during the onboarding period.
