At Chaos, we build powerful visualization software used by artists, designers, and studios around the world to create photorealistic images and animations. Within our Marketing team, visual storytelling plays an important role in how we communicate the capabilities of our technology. From product launches and feature explainers to tutorials and digital campaigns, motion design helps us translate complex tools and workflows into clear and engaging visual content. We are looking for a Motion Designer who can turn ideas, features, and workflows into compelling motion graphics and video content that resonates with a global creative audience.

What You Will Do

• Create motion graphics and animated content that support marketing campaigns, product storytelling, tutorials, and digital content.

• Edit and assemble high-quality video content with strong pacing, rhythm, and visual flow.

• Turn complex product concepts into clear and engaging animated visuals.

• Collaborate closely with designers, 3D artists, and content creators to build cohesive visual stories.

• Develop motion systems and reusable templates aligned with the Chaos brand identity.

• Enhance footage through editing, compositing, color grading, and sound design.

• Participate in concept development, storyboarding, and creative planning sessions.

• Ensure all content is optimized for multiple platforms, including social media, web, and presentations.

• Maintain clean and organized project files within established production workflows.

• Stay curious and explore new techniques, tools, and visual styles in motion design.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and video storytelling.

• 3+ years of professional experience creating motion graphics and editing video content.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Good understanding of animation principles, timing, typography, and composition.

• Ability to translate ideas into storyboards and motion concepts.

• Strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate ideas clearly.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative production environment.

• A proactive mindset and passion for visual creativity.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.

• Understanding of 3D rendering or working with rendered content.

• Illustration or sketching skills for concept development.

• Experience producing content for global digital audiences.

• Background in creative studios, production teams, or digital agencies.
