Product Marketing Manager
***This position is based in Bulgaria, Germany, and the Czech Republic, with remote/hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***
The Product Marketing Manager (PMM), Architectural Visualization is responsible for a group of products that are bringing value and addressing the pain points of a particular segment that Chaos is servicing. The main role of the PMM is to connect product strategy to the tactics needed to drive success in sales and marketing of the product group and achieve effective and sustainable results. This is a cross team role that acts as a connection between the product management and the business. This PMM role will be responsible for products within the Architectural Visualization segment.
Main Responsibilities:
Product Marketing Strategy:
Uses market analysis, market sizing and segmentation to build the product marketing strategy
Stays on top of market trends and suggests strategies to be adopted to sustain the leading market- and mind- share of the product group and secure product growth
Understands the competitive environment and selects best strategies to respond to competitive dynamics
Develops marketing strategy for launching new products and product updates
Develops strategy and tactics to reach maximum number of product group customers in the most profitable way
Product Marketing Execution:
Knows customers, their workflows and buying processes, identifies buyer and user personas
Collaborates with product management to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with target buyer personas
Develops/adjusts product value proposition to clearly articulate how the product group addresses the customer pain points
Мaintains supporting documentation that sets the direction and guidance for marketing execution (plans, strategic marketing briefs, communication calendars, etc)
Develops the marketing strategy and content grid needed for a product release and follows the marketing execution around it
Generates sales-enablement materials like battle cards and product presentations and collaborates with Product Management for competitive analysis
Collaborates with the Marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand for the product group
Product Performance:
Drives tactics for increasing product adoption, usage and profitability
Suggests and collaborates with Customer Success on retention tactics
Follows and analyses product performance against Marketing KPIs and develops strategies to achieve goals and targets
Follows and analyses product performance in revenue and develops strategies to achieve goals and targets
Product Advocacy:
Acts as the primary thought leader for the products in the product group
Serves as an internal and external product evangelist
Analysis:
Uses product data to make conclusions and recommendations
Solves problems analytically, works with thorough use cases and scenarios, builds hypotheses, tests against them and measures impact
Analyses customer buying behavior and product usage, reports on insights and trends
Job requirements
University degree in Marketing or Business
Previous related product marketing experience
Experience in the IT or CG industry will be considered a plus
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
Critical and creative thinking, attention to detail
Excellent command of English (both written and verbal)
