Revenue Operations Analyst

***This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***

Main Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Analytics and Insights: 

    • Continuously analyze revenue-related data across the customer lifecycle—from lead generation to renewals and expansion

    • Generate insights to uncover drivers of performance, improve revenue projections, and identify improvement opportunities

    • Ad-hoc analyses:  Conduct independently and/or partner with the Data Analytics team to conduct standing and special analyses for the revenue leadership team and key stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making on key commercial initiatives

  • Reporting & Dashboards: 

    • Serve as SPOC for the central Data Analytics team into the Revenue team with regards to data requests. Work with the central Data Analytics team to build reliable and insightful reports to demonstrate the impact of commercial team’s efforts and progress against company and team goals

    • Build & maintain dashboards in CRM as needed

  • Revenue Forecasting:

    • Evolve our company-wide top-line projection methodology with the aim of improving accuracy and revenue predictability

    • Develop a prediction methodology for new company initiatives to be launched in the coming months 

    • Work with Revenue teams to enhance individual and team-level pipeline visibility and reliability

  • Revenue Accountability:

    • Target Setting: Work with the CRO & Revenue leadership team to set individual and team KPIs and revenue objectives to fulfill company-level revenue goal

    • Incentives: Assist in defining and operationalizing incentive plans for teams and team members to align with individual and team targets, fostering a culture of performance and revenue growth.

    • Portfolio Management: Help define and manage the account portfolio assignments across various revenue teams in alignment with company goals and go-to-market segmentation

  • Process Optimization

    • Recommend process improvements to streamline data collection and enhance reporting accuracy.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation and standardization in data workflows.

  • Tech Stack Support

    • Help maintain data integrity across CRM and revenue tools.

    • Assist with tool evaluations and integrations to improve the efficiency of RevOps systems.

Job requirements

  • 5-7 years of overall professional experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in comparable roles - e.g., data analytics, revenue/sales operations, business intelligence, finance

  • Experience in technology and/or multinational business a strong plus

  • Comfortable presenting findings and insights to cross-functional stakeholders, including C-suite executives

  • High attention to detail 

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, concise stories

  • Critical, independent thinker

  • High mastery in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Strongly preferred: prior experience with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, and data visualization platforms (specifically PowerBI)
