Revenue Systems Manager
Objectives:
Operational excellence in go-to-market systems implementations
Best-in-class GTM (Go-to-Market) systems process architecture
Continuous systems optimization and improvements
Cross-functional collaboration with other departments
Essential duties and responsibilities:
GTM tech roadmap development and prioritization:
Work with the centralized systems team to prioritize the GTM teams’ systems objectives
Participate in discussions about the selection of GTM systems that happen at the centralized systems team level and represent the interests / requirements of the GTM teams in these central level discussions
Propose business cases for new systems for discussion (e.g. if we need a new sales enablement system or customer success ops system in the future)
Run systems pilots / tests and coordinate testing with relevant GTM team end-users
Provide feedback on such tests to centralized systems team
GTM systems implementations and integrations:
Provide input to the centralized systems team on the GTM teams’ requirements with regards to the commercial logic for all GTM systems and system integrations
Validate that the systems integrations proposed by the centralized systems team meet the business needs of the GTM teams
GTM systems ongoing management and optimization:
Work closely with the Sales Operations Manager (and in the future, with the Customer Success and Marketing Operations Managers) to identify sub-optimal business processes that need improvement and automation
Determine whether the best course of action is a systems improvement or process / policy change and where systems improvements are necessary, define the business problem and collaborate with the centralized systems team to develop solutions
GTM systems enablement:
Partner with revenue enablement manager to develop and deliver GTM systems training to all relevant GTM team stakeholders
Job requirements
Knowledge of the main go-to-market business processes.
Understanding of system integration, business analysis, and process mapping.
Knowledge of GTM systems like Hubspot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Zuora, etc. is an advantage.
Strong project management and organization skills.
Proactive attitude and desire to take initiative and collaborate with cross functional teams.
Excellent listening, communication and presentation skills.
Fluent English.
