RevOps Marketing Business Partner


***This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria/Karlsruhe, Germany, or/ Prague, Czech Republic with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***


Main Responsibilities:

  • Targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) framework:

-Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a framework for targets and KPIs for the Marketing team that align Marketing initiatives and activities with company goals.
- Identify both quantitative and qualitative KPIs that provide a comprehensive view of marketing performance.
- Work with the Data & Systems team to set up tracking mechanisms to collect data related to selected KPIs from various sources, such as website analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Contribute to accurate and consistent data collection to maintain the integrity of KPI measurements by ensuring adherence to agreed upon processes & uses of systems.
- Analyze and interpret collected data to measure performance against established KPIs.
- Identify trends, patterns, and deviations in KPI metrics over time.

  • Data Analysis and Insights:

- Collaborating with the central Data team, collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer behaviors, preferences, and needs through data analysis.
- Provide insights that guide marketing strategies and decision-making, contributing to improved campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.


  • Campaign Performance Evaluation:

- Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, both online and offline, by measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and return on investment (ROI).
- Identify areas of improvement and optimization in campaigns to maximize their impact.

  • Reporting and Dashboards:

- Working with the Central Data team, develop and maintain comprehensive marketing dashboards and reports that provide clear visualizations of key metrics and trends.
- Regularly share reports with stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports showcasing KPI performance to share with relevant stakeholders, such as marketing teams, managers, and executives.
- Create clear visualizations and narratives that convey the meaning and implications of KPI data.
- Provide actionable insights based on KPI analysis, helping teams understand what is driving performance and where improvements are needed.
- Recommend strategies and tactics to enhance KPI outcomes.


  • Martech Infrastructure:

- Collaborate with central Systems and Data teams, as well as Marketing automation team, to ensure the availability and correct configuration of marketing tools to enable capturing the customer journey to purchase, and the capture and extraction of the full set of marketing KPIs.
- Work with the central Systems team and Marketing team to ensure comprehensive tracking and timely delivery of the systems and tooling required to deliver on marketing initiatives.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer support, to align marketing efforts with overall company objectives.
- Facilitate the collaboration with other commercial teams by ensuring that x-functional processes (e.g., lead grading, automation of churn motions) are clearly defined, documented and adhered to, and by continuously evolving them for optimal commercial performance, per company goals.

  • Continuous Learning and Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing analytics and software marketing.
- Propose innovative approaches to leverage data and technology for improved marketing outcomes.


Job requirements


- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- 5+ years of experience in commercial (ideally marketing) analytics, data interpretation, and strategy development.
- Previous experience in a software or technology-related company is highly desirable.
- Good working knowledge of Google Analytics is required.

- Prior experience with Hubspot, Salesforce and Power BI are a plus.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills.

- Critical and creative thinking.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal).
