**This position is based in London, UK. The role is hybrid and requires 3 days per week in our office in Egham, Surrey (Tuesday–Thursday). Applicants must have the the permanent right to work in the UK (i.e. not time-limited and not requiring sponsorship, such as a Graduate Visa or Skilled Worker Visa).**

The Role
We’re on the hunt for a highly motivated and driven Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential Cylindo customers. You’ll play a critical role in building our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying e-commerce & marketing leads within the furniture retail space.
What You’ll Do
🔍 Identify and research high-potential brands and retailers.
📞 Execute targeted outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn).
🤝 Qualify leads and book qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
🎯 Collaborate on go-to-market strategy and messaging.
📊 Maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline visibility.
🤖 Be the first impression of a cutting-edge tech solution transforming digital retail.
Job requirements
What We’re Looking For
✅ 1+ year in SDR/BDR role, ideally at a SaaS company.
🧠 Experience engaging marketing and eCommerce decision-makers.
✍️ Strong communication skills (written + verbal).
🛠 CRM know-how (Hubspot & ZoomInfo preferred, not required).
💥 High energy, proactive mindset, and a team-first attitude.
📚 College Education.
💡 Be creative, eager to learn and coachable.
📍 Surrey-based (3 days/week in office).
