How You Will Make an Impact
Develop and implement a value-based sales methodology that empowers the sales team to effectively address target customer pain points and communicate business benefits.
Define and refine ideal customer profiles (ICPs), customer pain points, and business outcomes to ensure the GTM team is aligned with market needs and opportunities.
Foster cross-functional collaboration by aligning sales, marketing, and product teams to create consistent messaging, storytelling, and a unified GTM strategy.
Design and deliver impactful sales enablement programs that include training, tools, and resources to enhance seller productivity and drive revenue growth.
Leverage deep industry expertise in AEC technology, design, or visualization to craft compelling narratives and ensure relevance in the market, while mentoring teams on effective storytelling techniques
Job requirements
Education in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience (5+ years) in leading customer enablement or customer success teams in a software or technology company, preferably with SaaS products.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex software products, with experience in application engineering or similar roles.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer enablement strategies, driving product adoption, and improving customer satisfaction.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Experience in delivering product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations to prospects, customers, or industry events.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
Customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
