  • Conduct competitive and audience research to identify insights that shape campaigns and messaging.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure brand direction informs all campaigns and initiatives.

2. Messaging, Copywriting, and Storytelling

  • Write and refine brand copy, from positioning statements and campaign narratives to taglines and manifestos.

  • Partner with the Creative Director and marketing teams to ensure messaging aligns with the brand’s tone, values, and creative vision.

  • Adapt brand storytelling for diverse audiences while maintaining a cohesive, recognizable voice.

3. Campaign Strategy and Ownership

  • Lead brand-level campaigns from concept to analysis, defining the “why,” “what,” and “how” behind key brand initiatives.

  • Translate brand and business objectives into briefs that inspire creative excellence and measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with the Creative Director to co-develop campaign ideas and storytelling platforms that unify all marketing touchpoints.

  • Oversee campaign planning, coordination, and cross-channel activation in partnership with internal teams.

4.  Measurement & Insights

  • Define and monitor brand performance metrics (awareness, perception, share of voice, engagement).

  • Analyze campaign results and translate data into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Report on brand health and campaign impact, connecting brand activity to business outcomes.

  • Continuously refine brand strategy and messaging based on performance and audience feedback.

5. Brand Operation

  • Manage and mentor the Creative Production Manager, who currently oversees Chaos’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) system and brand merchandise program.

  • Partner closely to evolve and scale the brand operations function, ensuring tools, systems, and processes support the broader brand strategy.

  • Ensure brand assets, templates, merchandise, and toolkits are organized, accessible, up to date, and strategically aligned across the organization.

  • Help strengthen global brand enablement by improving how teams access, use, and understand brand resources.

Job requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, or related strategic marketing roles (or 6+ years with proven senior-level impact in leading brand initiatives).

  • Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns from concept to analysis.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills; able to translate complex ideas into clear, emotionally engaging narratives.

  • Native or near-native English proficiency required, with excellent writing and presentation skills.

  • Deep understanding of brand development, marketing funnels, and campaign measurement.

  • Experience collaborating with creative and design teams on concept development.
