***This position is based in Sofia, Bulgaria, with hybrid working options. Applicants must have a work/residence permit for the respective location.***


Main Responsibilities:

• Support the editing and production of:

  • High-quality product release videos

  • Short-form content for social platforms and paid ads

  • Tutorials, demos, and feature explainers

• Repurpose and adapt content for various formats and platforms (short and long-form)

• Apply motion graphics and animation where appropriate to elevate production quality

• Ensure pacing and structure align with the platform's best practices and attention patterns

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on messaging

• Maintain a well-organized project file system and naming conventions

• Manage video production timelines across multiple overlapping projects
  

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing tools

• Strong visual storytelling skills — able to distill complex tools into accessible, compelling content

• Awareness of content trends, pacing, and format

• Experience producing both short-form (under 60s) and long-form (5–10 min+) video content

• Ability to quickly adapt visual assets to fit platform-specific requirements

• Strong editorial judgment and creative intuition for content that performs

• Comfortable working in English in a distributed, collaborative team environment

• Competent with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

• Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit

Advantages:

• A basic understanding of 3D workflows is a bonus
