We are now looking for a skilled Website Manager to drive continuous improvement and optimization of our website to maximize user engagement and conversions. As a Website Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating new landing pages, as well updating and optimizing the existing ones. You will also work closely with design, development, and marketing teams on defining and prioritizing website improvements. This role is crucial in shaping the online experience for users, driving engagement, and contributing directly to business growth.
The ideal candidate possesses expertise in website management and optimization, a solid understanding of UX best practices, and a data-driven approach to improving site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Landing page creation:
- Conceptualize, build, and maintain campaign landing pages, incorporating UX and SEO best practices.
- Website roadmap:
- Co-own, together with a team of website managers, a detailed roadmap outlining milestones and deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define website features and improvements:
- Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user impact, and feasibility.
- Quality assurance & website release management:
- Define acceptance criteria and conduct thorough testing of new features and bug fixes.
- Oversee website releases, ensuring timely, high-quality updates.
- Website analytics & Conversion Rate Optimization:
- Analyze customer journeys using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Run and analyze A/B tests aiming to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
Job requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in website management or a similar role.
- Experience with web content management platforms (e.g., Wordpress, or visual website builders such as Webflow).
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Hotjar).
- Understanding of key UX, SEO, and CRO principles.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
