    • Monitor page performance and user behavior to proactively identify friction points and conversion opportunities;

    • Drive continuous improvement through structured experimentation, A/B testing, and scaling of winning variants;

    • Keep pages accurate, up to date, and aligned with business priorities.

  • Roadmap execution & Cross-functional Collaboration

    • Co-own the execution of our strategic website roadmap together with the Team Lead Website and the website team;

    • Collaborate with marketing, product, design, development, and performance stakeholders to deliver jointly prioritized initiatives based on business value, user impact, and feasibility;

    • Contribute proposals for new templates, features, or structural upgrades that enable scalable growth;

    • Drive initiatives in an agile setup from brief to release, with strong standards for clarity and execution.

  • Quality assurance

    • Define acceptance criteria and validate pages/features before launch (UX, tracking, responsiveness, SEO hygiene);

    • Run post-launch checks, validate outcomes, and resolve issues quickly.

Job requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms such as Raketa, Wordpress, or visual website builders, such as Webflow

  • Strong understanding of key UX, SEO and CRO principles
