We are looking for a highly motivated Working Student to join our team at the intersection of strategic marketing and AI content automation. In this role, you will take ownership of high-impact projects, ranging from optimizing our visibility in AI-driven search to building scalable content workflows with n8n. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive student with a consulting or startup ambition who wants to apply an analytical mindset to real-world growth challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect AI Workflows: You’ll build production-ready automation workflows (via n8n and other low-code software) that turn content production into a scalable high-impact engine

• Master GEO: We’re moving beyond SEO and you’ll become a key contributor to our strategic growth pillar in Generative Engine Optimization, figuring out how to hack organic growth in leading LLMs

• Strategic Problem Solving: You’ll jump onto high-impact projects that don’t have a playbook yet

• Content Ownership: You own your own content portfolio and the outcomes. You’ll be expected to measure, report, and iterate based on the actions you identified

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field

• AI Native: You have a genuine interest in prompt engineering and feel at home working with n8n, Zapier, or similar low-code automation tools

• Analytical Mindset: You go beyond surface-level data. You enjoy questioning the nuances of AI-generated output, refining it, and drawing your own data-driven conclusions

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: You are a proactive, intellectually curious "builder." You don’t just identify problems; you take the initiative to create and implement solutions.

• Communication: Excellent English skills are mandatory. You can articulate complex strategic ideas clearly and produce high-quality written content.

• Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced environment (such as Startups or VC) or a top-tier management consultancy is a significant plus

Please note: This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester. Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university and provide valid proof of enrollment (“Immatrikulationsbescheinigung” in Germany). Compensation is hourly €18.
