Job description
As a Working Student in our Social Media & Community team, you will support the day-to-day operations of our brand’s online presence. From helping with content scheduling and community engagement to assisting in influencer campaigns and reporting, this is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a dynamic international marketing team.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Assist in community management (replying to comments, flagging user insights, etc.).
Research social media trends and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Help track performance metrics and prepare reports.
Support influencer research, outreach, and content coordination.
Assist with administrative tasks like updating content calendars, gathering assets, and coordinating with internal teams.
Provide support in content creation.
Job requirements
Currently enrolled in a university program with a minimum of one year of studies remaining (Marketing, Communications, Media, or similar).
A strong interest in social media and digital communication.
A good visual sense and eye for content that works well on social media.
Experience with Canva or other visual tools is a big plus.
Strong communication skills in English (German is a bonus).
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and team spirit.
Ideally available for 20 hours per week.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual content will be considered an advantage.
Key technical skills:
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Experience with content creation tools, especially Canva (or similar tools like Adobe Express, Figma, etc.).
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Later, Buffer – or willingness to learn).
Understanding of social media metrics and ability to assist in tracking engagement and reach.
Basic copywriting skills for captions, replies, and community posts.
Comfort with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for collaboration and reporting.
Strong research skills, especially for identifying trends, influencers, and relevant content.
Good visual sense and ability to support layout and design choices for posts and stories.

Please note: This is a working student position, limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week during the semester. Applicants must be currently enrolled at a university and provide valid proof of enrollment (“Immatrikulationsbescheinigung” in Germany). Compensation is hourly €18.
